It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Gregory Sloan of Millington, Tennessee, born in Columbus, Mississippi, who passed away on July 15, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheila Sloan and Thomas Jefferson Sloan; his pets, Elvis and Priscilla; and his brother David Sloan.

He is survived by: his son Jacob Sloan (Brianna Carpenter) of Memphis, TN; his former wife Allison Wilson of Roanoke, VA; his sisters, Karen (Larry) of Savannah, TX and Donna "Paul" Williams of Millington, TN; and his sister-in-law Tonya "David" Sloan of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations be sent to the Salvation Army of Memphis.
