With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven R. Purinton (Millington, Tennessee), who passed away on April 1, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Purinton and Myrtle Purinton; his son Keith Alan; and his siblings, Lowell, Richard Jr., Robert E., Rodney T., Norman J., Gail and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda of Millington, TN; his daughter Christine Dieckhaus (Scott) of Tampa; his grandsons, Jeremy Dieckhaus of San Diego, CA, Joshua Dieckhaus (Hannah) of Nashville, TN and Jonah Dieckhaus (Amanda) of Memphis, TN.; his great grandchildren, Theodore and Ruby Dieckhaus of Nashville, TN.; his children, C. Jason Meunier (Jennifer) of Lexington, TN, Nicole Miller (Larry) of Yorktown, VA and Danielle Palmertree (Jeff) of Water Valley, MS; his grandchildren, Amber, Brittany, Cayla, Breasana, Logan, Gwyndolen and Samuel; and his great grandchildren, Kierstyn, Lydia, Hudson, Madalyn, Gracie, Paisley and Austin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Hampton Methodist Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
