He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim, Evelyn Mann, William and Phyllis Billings. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Jerry Mann and Edith Louise Billings Mann; his brother James Mann (Fran); and his nephew Caiden Mann.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to The American Diabetes Association.
