She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Dees and Mary Lou Dees; her spouse Norval Eugene Self; and her daughter Shelia Diane Self Henderson. She is survived by: her son James Norval Self; and her grandchildren, James Daniel Self (Rebecca Tickle), Jody Michael Henderson (Susan), Amy Self Porterfield (Lee) and Wendy Henderson Black (Corey). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
