It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sage Skylar Smith of Millington, Tennessee, who passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Kalen Smith, Cleopatra Thomas, Kali Smith and Karter Smith; her parents, Stephen D. Smith (Lisa) and Judy Smith-Joyner (Matthew); her siblings, Aaron Smith (Charly), Cory Velasquez (Mandy) and Cassandra Beaver; her uncles, Charles Dawson Jr. (Ginny) and Michael Joyner; and her aunt Angie McClure (Mike). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with numerous family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Grace House of Memphis and the National Harm Reduction Coalition, which supports the health and dignity of those who use drugs.
