He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Booker and Thea Booker. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Booker; his children, Jessica N. Wagner (David) of Atoka, TN, Russell E. Booker III (Laura) of Jackson, MO and Ricky C. Burke of Atoka, TN; and his sisters, Jean Wolford (Bill), Linda Archie, Lana and Laura. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
