He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hayes and Julia Marie Carter Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hayes; his sons, Robert Shea Hayes of Brighton and Michael Shawn Hayes of Meridian, MS; his brothers, Danny Hayes of Millington and Jimmy Hayes of Peckerwood Point; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Harrison, Kori Pilgrim, Tanner Pilgrim and Chase Cohen.
