He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Lynn Eppley. He is survived by: his wife Edith Maxine Eppley; his children, Kimberly Ann Rose (Derek), Rhonda Sue Erwin (Mike), Ralph Edward Scott (Janice) and Paul Gregory Scott; his brother William James Eppley (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Jason G. Scott (Maurina), Lincoln C. Harkin, Katherine June Scott and Jacob Bradley Scott.
The family asks memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association.
