He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann Bartlett; his parents, Elton Bartlett and Mary Bartlett; and his sister Mary Ann Gardner. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia B. Prather (Hugh) of Bartlett, TN and Pam E. Wingard (Steven) of Millington, TN; his sister Becky Taylor of Millington, TN; and his grandchildren, Logan Prather and Kaitlin Wingard.
