He is survived by: his wife Penny Ann Crossett Hibbard; his sons, Wayne Ryan Hibbard of Millington, TN and Scott Patrick Hibbard (Laura) of Bartlett, TN; his mother Jane Lorraine Reynolds Hibbard of Athens, PA; and his sisters, Cheryl Hibbard Allen of Lake Alfred, FL, Sue Hibbard Lynch of Winter Haven, FL, Karen Hibbard Allen of Athens, PA, Mary Hibbard Wallner of Anderson, SC and LuAnn Hibbard Raupers of Athens, PA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
