He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. Coleman and Frances Coleman; his son Raymond D. Coleman; his wife Patricia Roberts; and his siblings, Terrald Coleman and Joann Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Matthews; and his grandchildren, Christina Coleman, Erica Wise and Kyle Matthews. He is also survived by numerous nephews and cousins.
