He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Parks; and his children, Carina Parks Artiolo, Juan Carlos Parks and Michael Parks. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family asked that any memorial contributions be donated to Pleasant Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
