He is survived by: his daughters, Sylvia Espinoza (Oscar Espinoza) of Hernando, MS and Alecia Alafa (Filiberto Alafa) of Memphis, TN; and his siblings, Amado Azua, Simon Azua, Eva Hernandez and Lucia Ruiz. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
