He was predeceased by: his parents, Donavion Burk and Beulah Cook Burk. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Boswell (Todd), Kristina Prince, Tori Malone (Dennis) and Jacob Callahan (Amberly); his siblings, Lynn Burk, Jimmy Burk and Donna Burk; and his niece Nina Burk Hernandez-Acevedo. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
