He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Eckel; his son Milfred Olin "Mo" Eckel III (Audrey) of Drummonds, TN; his brothers, Richard Eckel of Del City, OK and Robert Eckel of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Milfred Olin Eckel IV (Holly), Amy-Ann Noel Scott (David), Gerald Boone Eckel (Moriah), Hannah Grace Eckel and Noah Seth Eckel; and his great grandchildren, Milfred Olin Eckel V, Case Brantley Eckel, Walter Garrett Scott, Eleanor Christine Eckel, Evelyn Grace Eckel and Graham Wylder Eckel.
The family asks memorials be made to Faith Heritage Baptist Church.
