With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mavor Ruth Lacey of Millington, Tennessee, who passed away on August 30, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Vanlandingham and Lorene Vanlandingham; her husbands, Eugene Thomas Christy and Richard Clarence Lacey; and her daughter Donna Jean Christy.

She is survived by: her children, Jamie Christy (Claudette) and Debbie Hannon (Colby); and her sister Del Young. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ruth may be offered to the American Red Cross or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
