She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Hubbard and Charlie Hubbard; her husband Herschel Blair; and her son Lieutenant Colonel Homer Blair. She is survived by: her sister Lucielle; her brother-in-law Ernesto Palanco of Millington, Tennessee; her daughter-in-law Barbra Blair of Virginia; her granddaughters, Sarah (Jeff Williams) and Rachel (Travis Swicewood); and her great grandchildren, Jordan of Virginia, Ian Williams of Virginia, Emma of Virginia and John Swicewood of Virginia.
