He was predeceased by: his wife Mary F. Hasty; his parents, Leonard Hasty and Grace Hasty; and his brothers, Earl, Jerald and Bill Hasty.
He is survived by: his children, Emily Burkel (Kyle) of Tavernier, FL, Martha Clark (Taylor) of The Villages, FL, Larry Hasty (Christie) of Cordova, TN, David Hasty (Kathy) of Southaven, MS and Nathan Hasty (Rachel) of Bartlett, TN; and his sister Margaret Mosbach of Eureka.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial donations be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
