He was predeceased by: his father Louis; and his spouse Amerea. He is survived by: his children, Martinous, Dubose, Corey and Penny; his grandchildren, Martinous II, Kayla, Kaniyha, Oraid, Jamelia, Tia and Dubose Leon; his godchildren, Reginald Taylor, Marquita Ross and Eric "Easy" Carter; his sisters, Viola Edwards of Arlington and Corrento Taylor (Hudson) of Memphis; his sister-in-law Bobbie Edwards of Nashville, TN.; and his siblings, Emma Jean Mitchell, Frances Brown, Dorothy Ivra, John Willie Edwards and Louis Edwards Jr.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
