He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Muncy and Frank Muncy. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Muncy; his children, Deborah Curtis (Jim) of Red Lion, PA, Linda Fink (Steve) of Portsmouth, VA, Kenneth Muncy Jr. (Kellye) of Fairgrove, MO, Kevin Muncy Chappell (Keith) of Drummonds, TN, Loyd Muncy of Somerville, TN and Lance Pickett-Muncy (Jennifer) of Bellingham, WA; and his sister Jeanne Leonard of Essex Junction, VT. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
