She was predeceased by: her parents, Collin Smith and Addie Lee Smith; her husband Eddie Lee Booth; her son Kent Booth; and her brother Floyd "Chuck" Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Quinton Smith, Robert G. Booth, Sr., Monica Booth and JoAnita Booth; her grandchildren, Evelyn Barnes and Floyd Booth; and her sisters, Colline Cole and Velma Park. She is also survived by nieces nephews other relatives and friends.
