Turner; his wife Sissy Turner; and his children, Rick Turner Chapdelaine (Janet) of Manchester, NH, Kathy Brewer (Glenn) of Atoka, TN, Debora Adkins of Hernando, MS and David J. Turner (Melissa) of Brighton, TN. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
The family has requested that any memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (StJude.org).
