She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Dugger and Sadie Dugger; her daughter-in-law Brinda Jenkins; and her brother Bill Duggar. She is survived by: her husband Leo Frank Jenkins; her children, Kellie Elaine Jackson of Millington, TN, Steven Jenkins Sr. of Millington, TN and Scott Jenkins of Millington, TN; her brother Ed Duggar of Jackson, TN; and her grandchildren, April Williams (Matthew), Jamie Alexander (Chris), Steven Jenkins Jr., Patricia Kathleen Jenkins and Heather Westbrook (Jeremy). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
