He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Foley Sr. and Elizabeth Dwyer Foley; his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Foley and Edward M. Foley; and his wife Teresa M. Foley.
He is survived by: his close friend Zuka; his children, Ellen Sartori (Jay) and Matt Foley (Megan); his stepsons, James David Johnson, William Runyan and Chris Runyan; and his sister Therese "Terry" Foley Poindexter. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Canale Funeral Directors (2700 Union Ave Extended, Memphis, TN 38112). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Poor Clare Nuns at Partners in Grace, 37 McCauley Road, Travelers Rest, SC 29690.
