He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Atkins and Anna Atkins (Fiscus); and his brother Jerry Atkins. He is survived by: his sons, Brett Atkins of Lawrenceville and Cameron Atkins of Sullivan, IN; his niece Tarita Lynn Siler of Robinson; and his friend Regina Yarbrough of Millington, TN.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
