He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Washburn of Millington, TN; his children, Amy Flickinger (Jason) of Millington, TN and Brian Washburn of Millington, TN; his sister Janet Birmingham of Millington, TN; and his grandchildren, Jaxson, Riley Kate and Aubrie Paige.
