He was predeceased by: his brother John Phillip "Jack" Neal. He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Jinkins Neal; his children, Tricia L. Poindexter (Troy) of Millington, Tennessee, Ryan M. Neal (Karen) of Fort Worth, Texas, James M. McKay (Mandy) of Clovis, Johnathan C. McKay of Millington and Jeremy L. McKay (Christie) of Memphis, Tennessee; and his sister Joann Collins of Iowa. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
