He was predeceased by: his wives, Jennifer Durham and Linda Streetman Durham; and his stepdaughter Angel Streetman. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Durham (Karla), Mark Durham (Jean) and Shelly Kathleen Goodwin; his stepdaughter Rebecca Kendall (Mike); and his niece Carolyn Berry. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
