He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Lee England; his daughters, Cynthia England and Tena England Johnson; his parents, Barton Abraham England and Orville Elaine Meeks England; and his siblings, Emily England, Greg England and Harold "Hal" England.
He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha England Story and Margaret England; his stepdaughter Candy Billings; and his sister Jan Dillingham. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
