It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Tyson Skaggs of Millington, Tennessee, who passed away on July 12, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Artie Roy Skaggs and Florence Wattam Skaggs; his brother John Edward Skaggs; and his son Jerry Goodson. He is survived by: his nephew Jimmy Skaggs; his cousin Michelle Carter; his wife Frances Skaggs; his children, Barry Oliver (Lori) of Bartlett, Corrine Porter of Cordova and Susan Moore (Dale) of Millington; and his grandchildren, Shaun Oliver of Mass, Traci Oliver of Mass, Randy Porter of Memphis, Tida Barnett of Memphis, Savannah Moore of Millington, Seth Moore of Munford, Cayle Moore of Millington, Virginia Moore of Oxford, Amber Fondren of Memphis and Brandon Fondren of Memphis.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Disabled Veterans or Paralyzed Veterans.
