He is survived by: his wife Monnie Koch; his daughters, Carlena Tucker (James), Karen West (Jack) and Sandra Vance; his grandchildren, Timothy Smith (Cassi), Amanda Tucker (Leslie), Jennifer Polk (Markel) and Jesse Vance (Hunter); his great grandchildren, Barbara Jean, Abbi, Breauna, Kailey, Keegan, Kinley, Kameron, Syndney, Caden, Keira, Layla and Scarlett; and his great great grandchildren, Waylon and Luke.
