She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank H. Scheffer, Sr. and Eathel Scheffer (Holmes); and her siblings, F. H. Scheffer, Jr., Henry Lawrence Scheffer and Rosella "Rosie" Chandler (Jim).
She is survived by: her husband Jacob E. "Sonny" Estes; her daughters, Debborah Lanier of Millington, TN and Tabrina Estes (Genevieve "Nikki") of Millington, TN; her grandson Shawn Lanier; her great grandchildren, Tristyn Lanier of Millington, TN and Harlyn Lanier of Millington, TN; her sister Linda Scheffer Donaldson (Jake) of Charleston, MO; and her niece Angel Schweiger (Chandler). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38015.
