She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Clay Washburn. She is survived by: her children, Amy Flickinger (Jason) of Millington, TN and Brian Washburn of Millington, TN; her grandchildren, Jaxson Clay, Riley Kate and Aubrie Paige; and her sisters, Ann Scobey (Jon) and Kelly Perry.
