She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezekiel Couch and Ruby Couch; her husband Virgil; and her siblings, Norman Couch and Annabelle Couch.
She is survived by: her children, Ray W. Smith and Susan Corum (Dan); her grandchildren, Angela Booze (Kevin) and Lee Gresham (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Gunnar, Lani and Baker.
