She is survived by: her sons, Kevin, Adam and Brent Hornsby; her daughters-in-law, Macalah and Candance Hornsby; her grandchildren, Julian, Tyson, Benny and Hailey Hornsby; and her siblings, Roger Mason, Robert Mason, Richard Mason, Sandra, Cindy and Debbie.
