She is survived by: her husband Jackie Pemberton of Milan; her children, Stephen Pemberton (Loretta) of Milan, Leslie Brown (Charles) of Coldwater, MS and Jaclyn Scott (Greg) of Milan; and her grandchildren, Seth, Tillie Pemberton, Kirsten, Courtney, Jacob, Levi, Zeb, Anna, Ethan Brown, Kara and Gabe.

Memorials may be directed to The Church at Sugar Creek or to the ALS Foundation.
