It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Margaret Maynard of Milan, Tennessee, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Edgar" Goldsmith and Sarah Isabelle "Pink" Aspray Goldsmith of Milan, Tennessee.; her husband Guy E. Maynard; and her siblings, Tulos "Dillard" Goldsmith, Francis Flora "Flo" Goldsmith Rorick, Laymon Thomas "Pete" Goldsmith, James Edward Goldsmith and Norman Lee Goldsmith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Clark (Billy), Janet Hunt (Ray), Marilyn Ross and Cindy Wagster (Frank); her granddaughters, Michelle Clark Prince (Ronnie), Sara Elizabeth Kemp, Amanda Kemp Weedman (Jonathan), Brooke Wagster and Adrienne Wagster; and her daughter Sara.
The family requests that any donations be made in memory of Sara Goldsmith Maynard to The Mustard Seed or First United Methodist Church, Milan Tennessee.
