He is survived by: his children, Ryan Hawkins of Jackson, Tennessee and Emily Hawkins of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and his siblings, Don Hawkins (Rhonda) of McKenzie, Ralph Hawkins (Reba) of McKenzie, Tommy Hawkins (Gin) of Paris, Tennessee and Connie Birdwell (Roger) of Cedar Grove, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
