He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Smith and Bennie B. Cloyd Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Smith of Milan and Brian Smith (Jennifer) of Medina; his grandchildren, Dena Bell (Cody) of Medina, Mya of Medina and Macy Smith of Medina; and his great grandchild Mary Bell of Medina.
