He is survived by: his children, Chandra Mullins of Milan, Amy Kilbourne of Somerset and Anthony Lewis (Brandi) of Partridge; and his siblings, Billy Mullins (Eunice) of Jeremiah, Butch Mullins of Pound, Marcus Mullins of Fort Pierce, Florida, Linda Kelly of Georgia, Lisa Boatright of Fort Pierce and Polly Schneider (Marty) of Fort Pierce, Florida. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren along with a host of friends.
