She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clifford Dunaway and Irene Surratt Dunaway; her brother James William Dunaway; her aunt Mauvine Surratt of Corinth, MS; and her daughter Michele Dunaway "Shelley" Walker.
She is survived by: her son John Walker; her daughter-in-law Suzy Walker; and her grandchildren, Katie Walker and Sam Walker.
