She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Welch and Alene Vinson Welch; her husband Chapman Fly; her son Gary Fly; and her siblings, Ronnie Welch, Peggy Inman and Jenny Woodard.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Fly of Milan, Steve Fly (Elaine) of Trezevant, Janice Kurtenbach (Jay) of Crest Hill, IL and Vicky Saenz (Dave) of New Lenox, IL; and her brother Donnie Welch (Janet) of Paris. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
