She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Allie Nelda Blazer (Dunn) and Walter Earl Blazer; her children, Marie Lowery (Phil) of McKenzie, TN and Kim Frutiger (Mark) of Big Island, Hawaii; her grandchildren, Greg Lowery of Florida, Brittany Presson-Tatum (Nic) of Christiansburg, VA and Adrain Tyler Presson of Milan, TN; her great grandchild Atlas Tatum of Christiansburg, VA; her close friends, Wallace Blazer (Joy) of Florida, Maxine McCartney of Bradford, TN and Martha Harris (Jim) of Jackson, TN.; her siblings, Margaret Garmany, Earl Blazer and James Blazer; and her son David Hilliard Jr. We. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that those who wish to donate do so to the St. Jude Children's Research Center or Boston Children's Hospital.
