She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Levister and Jean Smith Levister. She is survived by: her husband Randolph O'Connor; her children, Jason Haynie (Kathy), Melissa Bradshaw (Clarence), Reginia Haynie and Tabby Woodard (William); and her siblings, Joseph Levister (Pam), Robert Levister, II (Pat) and Sandra Taylor. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
