We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2022, at the age of 78, Lavern Moore Smith of Milan, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Luther Moore; and her husband Jerry Smith. She is survived by: her children, Tony Smith (Rhonda) of Clinton, TN, Keith Smith (Wanda) of Milan, TN and Susan Smith Holbrook (Lenie) of Athens, OH. She is also survived by Grandchildren - 7, Great-Grandchildren - 7, Lavern was one of 13 siblings.
