She was predeceased by: her parents, William Charles and Vinnie Walters Francisco; her husband Joe Harrington; her son Stephen Lewis Cathey; and her siblings, William Francisco, Mary Evelyn Bullington and Helen Nevell.

She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Chuck" Cathey (Jan) of Jackson and James Michael Cathey (Deborah Lynn) of Hollow Rock. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
