He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Jacob Turnbo. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Turnbo of Milan, Tennessee; his sons, Shane Turnbo (Christine) of Medina and Timothy Jacob Turnbo (Magen) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Richard Lewis Turnbo (Elaine) of Utah, Killian Turnbo of Phoenix, Kayden Turnbo of Phoenix and Kameron Turnbo of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
