He is survived by: his parents, Rick Moody and Stacey Moody of Milan; and his siblings, Matthew Moody (Jordan) of Albuquerque, NM, Justin Moody (Dustie) of Henderson, TN, Rick Moody (Krystal) of Quantico, VA, Rachel Moody of Milan, Catherine Cantrell (Brandon) of Skullbone, TN and Elizabeth Moody. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to Le Bonheur Children's Research Hospital.
