He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Taylor and Mattie Taylor; and his brother LaVaughn Dowland. He is survived by: his children, Scott Taylor (Franky), Sue Sharp (Bobby), Shayne Taylor (Stacy) and Mary Frances Lewelling Hall; his grandchildren, Maddie Ratchford (Conrad), Clare Barnes (Mac), Lindsey Ramsey, Rilee White (Chris), Mary Jean Hall and Camille Noe (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Sage, Robin, Violet Ratchford, Eliza, Drew Barnes, Cooper Ramsey, Kinlee, Channing, Blakelee, Oliver White, Aurora and Orion Noe.
