He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Barger Sapp of McLemoresville; his children, Dede Presson (Mike) of McLemoresville, John Curtis "Buddy" Sapp, Jr. (Shelly) of Burlington, IA, Robert Clayton Sapp (Patti) of Rockledge, FL and Tony Sapp (Celeste) of Atwood; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Twilla, John Dunn, Sara Wilson, Brittany Presson, Tyler Presson, Toni McGowan, Ronnie Sapp, Morgan Jenkins, Cameron King, Jonathon Rushing, Amber Davidson, Miranda Maust and Savannah Sapp. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
